Responsibilities include collaborating with the ConEd Infrastructure team to refresh, configure, and manage test environments; performing incident triage, remediation, and root cause analysis; and recommending preventive measures, including HPI. The role also requires experience with Agile methodologies, managing environments for concurrent projects, incident and defect management, and corrective actions following major events.
