ESSENTIAL FUNCTIONS: Lead end-to-end operational performance across the Pneumatics, Fuel, and Inerting OEM value streams, ensuring delivery of approximately $330M in annual revenue/product through effective planning, scheduling, production, logistics, inventory control, and shipping execution. Provide leadership to Value Stream Managers, Production Managers, Facilities, hourly team members, and cross-functional support teams, including Manufacturing Engineering, Quality, Scheduling, Logistics, Sales, Applications Engineering, and Inventory Control.
