Clears and resets tables when guests leave, to include but not limited to: changing tablecloth, brushes chairs, places chairs at table, replaces silverware and glassware, and replaces napkins. Assists in the overall dining experience within the club, including taking reservations, hosting, assisting the servers with the delivery of exceptional food and beverage service, bar back duties, maintenance of the dining room and other duties as assigned.
