This role is responsible for ensuring a safe, clean, sanitary, and healing environment for patients, visitors, physicians, and staff through the effective management of housekeeping, patient transport (if applicable), waste management, linen services, and related support operations. Working collaboratively with clinical and administrative leaders, the Director drives continuous process improvement, infection prevention initiatives, environmental safety programs, and operational efficiencies to support exceptional patient outcomes and organizational performance.
