Key Responsibilities Provide daily field safety support to operations and craft personnel Conduct new hire orientations and site-specific training Perform job site audits, inspections, and safety observations Assist with development and review of: Job Hazard Analyses (JHAs) / Task Safety Plans Site-Specific Safety Plans (SSSPs), as required Support supervision and project management with incident investigations, including root cause and corrective actions Participate in pre-task planning (PTP) and coordination meetings Ensure compliance with: OSHA regulations (1926 & 1910) Company policies and procedures Client and site-specific safety requirements Work with supervision to implement practical hazard controls Track and report safety metrics, trends, and observations Support exposure awareness related to industry-specific processes (welding, silica, noise, etc.) Reinforce accountability and safety expectations in the field Work within and support the established DSI Safety Program, ensuring consistency across all projects Maintain regular communication with the Senior Safety Manager and Corporate Safety Director Operate as part of a team-driven safety organization, not as an independent program PI38a682ea19b0-25448-405150875c143e31-5e48-4549-b638-05792d185386
