The position is responsible for developing sustainable operational systems, assessment practices, staff supervision structures, and evidence-informed strategies that support student success and institutional goals.\n \nThe Director works collaboratively with faculty, advisors, athletics, student affairs, institutional research, and academic leadership to strengthen student outcomes and remove barriers to academic achievement. The Director is responsible for ensuring the delivery of comprehensive academic support services that promote student learning, persistence, retention, and academic achievement.\n \nThe Director oversees tutoring, writing support, STEM academic support, Supplemental Instruction, academic coaching, academic recovery initiatives, learning community coordination, and student success technologies.
