Support Field Engineer scheduling and logistics, including communicating service details, coordinating customer requirements, and helping ensure Field Engineers have the necessary information, parts, and resources prior to a service visits. This position works closely with customers, Field Engineers, Engineering, Procurement, and other internal teams to ensure parts requests and service needs are handled accurately, efficiently, and on time.
