The Assisted Living Coordinator monitors resident care needs, alerts the Wellness Director when the resident has a change in condition, addresses resident and family concerns, and acts as a liaison with community providers. Manage the staffing needs of the Assisted Living Community by interviewing, hiring, training, supervising, and scheduling of care managers and MCM coverage.
