Ensures that Health and Safety policies and procedures are implemented: be familiar with evacuation routes, ensure safe and efficient evacuations during drills and actual emergencies, keep aisles and means of egress clean and accessible, report unsafe situations, monitor participants at lunch/breaks, safely transport participants to community sites. Instructs, supervises, and provides supports to participants, in groups and/or 1:1, regarding: behavior management, personal development, social skills, work attitude, work skills, personal care, communication, self-advocacy and other areas identified in annual plan.
