Bachelor’s degree in social work, human services, education, nonprofit management, communications, or a related field, or an equivalent combination of education, lived experience, and professional experience. This position builds an engaged volunteer community, leads volunteer training, supports community education, and helps ensure volunteers and interns are prepared to advance Alexandra House’s mission.
