Sales Management: Cultivate collaborative, mutually supportive relationships with and among customers, venues, community, sales, office, culinary and service staff, both on and off premise, across Design Cuisine and Elior Brands. Attend/conduct pre-event and post-event meeting with clients, culinary and service staff, in conjunction with Sales Executive, to ensure client satisfaction and identify areas of opportunity.
