Seven (7) or more years of progressively responsible experience in continuity planning or emergency management, crisis response, or all-hazards planning within complex, multi-level operational environments with multiple stakeholders, including a minimum of (3) years of management level experience supervising employees, including assigning work, providing direction or coaching, and evaluating performance. Five (5) or more years of progressively responsible experience in continuity planning or emergency management, crisis response, or all-hazards planning within complex, multi-level operational environments with multiple stakeholders, including a minimum of (2) years of management level experience supervising employees, including assigning work, providing direction or coaching, and evaluating performance.
