Plans, implements, and organizes the care necessary to assure patient safety and meet the needs of patients, school-based initiatives, community-based initiatives, community/school immunization initiatives, and other clinical and non-clinical services as assigned across the Network service area utilizing EPIC for referrals, tracking and reporting as necessary. The Health Services Manager in Community Health plans, develops, implements, and evaluates community health services, as extensions of our hospitals, service lines, SLPG and Star Community Health with community-based partners as determined by needs and in conjunction with other leaders in the Community Health department.
