Unlike traditional management positions, approximately 80% of this role is dedicated to software development, solution architecture, production support, and technical leadership, with the remaining 20% focused on coaching engineers, resource planning, and stakeholder management. This individual will be responsible for designing scalable cloud-native architectures, integrating legal products across the enterprise, and delivering innovative solutions using Agentic AI and Generative Intelligence platforms.
