The successful candidate demonstrates leadership, communication, problem-solving, and organizational skills, along with a strong understanding of bar operations, guest service, beverage preparation, inventory control, and responsible alcohol service. The Bar Manager also ensures the bar area, equipment, and storage spaces are clean, stocked, and organized; addresses guest concerns; and maintains accurate records and reports as required.
