Perform and assist in the assignment and completion of preventative facility, and vehicle maintenance work orders including, but not limited to; HVAC systems, plumbing, electrical, coolers, ice machines, vehicle tune-ups, etc. Ensure all required annual inspections are completed for code compliance, including but not limited to the boiler, elevator, swimming pool, fire alarms, fire extinguishers, emergency lights, OSHA, and health codes; ensure all reports are submitted to the GM.
