In this position, your main responsibilities will include: Establish and follow a preventative maintenance schedule on all systems including but not limited to: HVAC, elevator, fire life safety equipment, fire sprinkler, generator landscape, kitchen equipment, backflow preventers, testing of emergency systems, and asset preservation. Must be knowledgeable, capable of troubleshooting and able to identify issues arising with electrical/mechanical, plumbing, HVAC, structural issues, and painting.
