You'll spend significant time on the production floor-setting priorities, coaching employees, addressing issues, and working with Engineering, Quality, Maintenance, and Planning to keep production moving safely and efficiently. This is a hands-on, floor-focused leadership role for someone who enjoys working with people, solving production problems, and supporting technically complex manufacturing.
