Experience in route delivery, beverage service, uniform or linen service, vending, merchandising, foodservice, pest control, field service, or another customer-facing driving role can translate well to this position. As you develop your skills in customer service, route management, equipment service, and sales, you'll have the opportunity to progress into managing your own customer route with base pay plus commission.
