Your responsibilities will include: Answer inquiries regarding policies, procedures, and forms regarding conversions, reissues, increases, decreases, premium classification changes, death benefit option changes, reinstatements, changes within the free look period, UL reissues, LTC changes, and other policy information (values, history, dates, contract language). Role and Responsibilities: The Client Service Specialist develops the skills necessary to answer questions from agents and policyowners concerning Traditional Life, Health, Disability Income, Universal Life, and Long-Term Care policies and performs the appropriate transactions to accomplish service requests on these policies.
