What You’ll Do Review deeds and trust documents to confirm legal property ownership Prepare and manage farm management agreements and related government forms Translate legal land descriptions using documentation and mapping tools Act as the go-to resource for complex contract questions and escalations Coordinate with internal teams to ensure accurate system entry and reporting Track, follow up, and secure executed documents from clients Submit required documentation to the Farm Service Agency (FSA) Maintain current regulatory forms (USDA, IRS, etc.) Communicate with clients regarding ownership changes, estate transitions, and updates What You Bring Associate’s degree in Communications, English, or related field (or equivalent experience) 2 years of experience in real estate or title processing.
