Position Overview and Job Duties: Manages on-site audiovisual operations and technology support for all training conferences, coordinating with contracted AV vendors, conference venues, and project staff to ensure equipment, connectivity, presentation systems, microphones, displays, livestreaming, recording, and other audiovisual needs are properly arranged, tested, and operational. Provides technical support for virtual and hybrid training conferences, including webinar and videoconferencing platforms, livestreaming, presenter technology, participant access, breakout sessions, screen sharing, recordings, and other virtual training functions.
