Other requirements: The ability to lift 50-100 lbs regularly, ascend and descend ladders, listen and react to sounds, be comfortable working around residents including children, wear protective gear as needed, be able to position oneself in confined spaces to complete repairs and use technology for reporting and communicating purposes. Diagnose and solve maintenance issues as needed in apartment homes, the common areas, and the exterior areas of the property; the work will range from plumbing, electrical, general carpentry, painting, and addressing HVAC, appliance and pool maintenance issues.
