Technical Field Service Representative Level II: • High School Diploma or Equivalent • Mechanical / Electrical aptitude • Maintain a valid Drivers License • 1+ Year of Customer Service experience • 2+ Year of experience in electrical and mechanical repair, installation, maintenance, and troubleshooting • Experience utilizing Generac, Cummins, Onan, Kohler, and/or CAT generators is preferred.
