Key Responsibilities · Respond promptly to water damage calls and assist customers with professionalism and empathy · Perform water extraction, structural drying, cleaning, and demolition as needed · Set up, monitor, and maintain drying equipment to ensure effective moisture removal · Accurately document job activities, including photos, moisture readings, and daily logs · Maintain a clean, organized, and stocked company vehicle and equipment · Follow SERVPRO safety guidelines and industry best practices at all times · Assist Crew Chief/Production Manager in job scoping, communication, and customer updates · Participate in an on-call rotation for after-hours and weekend emergency response Qualifications · High school diploma or equivalent (required) · Valid driver’s license with a clean driving record (required) · Previous restoration, construction, or labor experience preferred but not required · Ability to lift 50+ lbs, work in confined spaces, and perform physical labor in varying conditions · Strong attention to detail and commitment to following processes · Excellent communication and customer service skills · Willingness to obtain IICRC Water Restoration Technician (WRT) certification (company supported)EMAIL HR@ServproTeamHarvey.com to schedule an in-person interview.
