Here's what we need from our HVAC Service Technician:Strong mechanical aptitude with an extensive knowledge of HVAC systems and equipmentCompletion of an apprenticeship or some vocational/technical school trainingComfort using hand tools, power tools, testing devices, pressure gauges, and other industry instrumentsAbility to read and accurately follow operational and repair manualsHigh school degree or equivalentPhysical ability to service heating and air conditioning units, including kneeling, crawling, lifting 50 lbs, climbing ladders, and working in extreme cold or heat conditionsStrong analytical and problem-solving skillsProfessional communication and customer service skills2+ years of experience would be preferred but isn't required for the right person.
