What this job involves: As a Facilities Maintenance Shift Manager at JLL, you will lead shift-based maintenance operations for a client site or portfolio, helping ensure buildings, infrastructure, and critical systems remain safe, reliable, efficient, and ready to support day-to-day business needs. This role is responsible for overseeing reactive and preventive maintenance activity, coordinating response to urgent and emergency issues, guiding technicians and vendors, and maintaining strong service performance across work order completion, SLA delivery, customer experience, and operational reporting.
