FUNCTION: Performs safety inspections, preventive maintenance, calibration, corrective maintenance, evaluation, builds, tests, troubleshoots, and modifies utility and building system control components, parts and equipment associated with: HVAC, refrigeration, control components, computer controlled environmental systems and other devices. Maintains documentation of equipment histories, service manuals, as built drawings of systems layouts, schematics, utility system profiles, and current listings of program changes and additions, as directed by the Maintenance Team Leader, Department Manager and Department Director for effective program management, and as required by regulating agencies.
