Qualifications: Minimum Qualifications: 18 years of age for equipment up to 10,000 lbs or 21 years of age for equipment over 10,000 lbs with 2 years of experience in semi-tractor or semi-trailer maintenance and repair, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or military equivalent AND Demonstration of the following skills and abilities through education, certifications, military, or other experiences. Preferred Qualifications: High School Diploma or GED equivalent with 2 years of experience in semi-tractor or semi-trailer maintenance and repair, or equivalent combination of education and experience, or military equivalent At least 1 year of experience in DOT inspections, FHWA inspections, and air brakes.
