Responsible for routine maintenance and repair on the facility and equipment to include painting, cleaning mechanical equipment, changing filters, changing light bulbs, painting, drywall, plumbing, electrical, carpentry, etc. Performs testing or when appropriate contracts testing of facility maintenance equipment or, including fire alarms, smoke detectors, exit door alarms and exit lighting, nurse call system and emergency generator.
