Help lead, train, schedule, evaluate, and coach distribution center team members while helping promote accountability, productivity, and teamwork through O’Reilly culture. Assist with supervision of daily distribution center operations to ensure the safe, accurate, and efficient movement of merchandise while meeting productivity, inventory, and service goals.
