HOUR

Overview:
Drivers are responsible for ensuring the safe transportation of guests and associates, all while providing exceptional customer service. Additional responsibilities include handling luggage and showing guests to their rooms.

‎Responsibilities:
Driver responsibilities include, but are not limited to:<ul><li>Greet guests and team members with a friendly and helpful attitude</li><li>Operate the company-owned shuttle to transport guests and associates safely and efficiently</li><li>Assist guests with luggage and provide support for room changes when needed</li><li>Transport team members between work locations, ensuring timely arrivals and pick-ups</li><li>Adhere to a strict arrival/departure schedule to maintain operational efficiency</li><li>Assist team members with loading and unloading supplies as needed</li><li>Manage traffic flow in designated areas and keep lanes clear</li><li>Maintain cleanliness of the shuttle and surrounding areas</li><li>Stay knowledgeable about the resort’s services and amenities to assist guests</li><li>Provide excellent customer service by responding to inquiries and addressing concerns</li><li>Other duties as assigned</li></ul>

Qualifications:
