Manages the Departments Statewide collection, evaluation, analysis and summarization of technical road inventory, bridge inventory, bicycle and pedestrian data through reviewing complex engineering construction plans, application of advanced mathematical and engineering principles, and other data collection means and methods to extract required asset and physical attributes. Conducts research for enhancement, testing, and implementation for the software platforms and modules such as Inventory Manager, Bridge Module, Bike Ped Module, Intersections, Additions, Dedicated Roads and Bridges and other corresponding platforms.
