Acts as a liaison with other Macomb County Community Mental Health (MCCMH) direct and contract service providers, Integrated Care Organizations (ICO's), Managed Care Providers, and community agencies with the intent of ensuring prompt and appropriate coordination of health services. Provides supervision to clinical staff including employee orientation, weekly or bi-weekly supervision meetings, performance reviews, case consultations, record reviews, and monthly clinical team meetings.
