Further, the PM3 or Senior Project Manager is responsible for preparing estimates and bids for large scale EPC projects, project schedule management, overall planning and management of the entire project life cycle, procurement/purchasing, scope definition and change management, , and accurately managing financials including P&L for assigned projects. Develop and implement the Project Management Plan (PMP), including but not limited to the following management plans: engineering, procurement, construction, scope, cost, quality, resource, communication, risk, stakeholder, change, environmental & permitting, safety & health, testing & commissioning, and organization chart.
