Manage food safety and quality relevant documentation including timely review, corrective actions as needed, revising existing documents as requested, determining training needs, overseeing distribution processes, maintaining document control database as needed, coordinating document reviews, support document storage, and archiving records as needed. Conducts activities and coordinates quality technicians to support all food safety and quality systems of the plant including sampling, testing, monitoring, verifying/ validating critical, preventive, and quality controls; inspecting processes and equipment, auditing, records maintenance, and various plans management as needed.
