In coordination with the Maintenance team and contractors, this role plans, directs, and coordinates facilities operations and maintenance-related activities to ensure that buildings, grounds, site security, and non-GMP systems and equipment are maintained in a safe, compliant, and operational manner to support reliable site operations. The Facilities Supervisor works closely with Engineering, Quality Assurance (QA), Production, Validation, EHS, and other departments to maintain a reliable manufacturing environment and minimize operational interruptions.
