Perform a variety of skilled equipment maintenance; operate a variety of equipment and machines including saws, drill presses and various hand and power tools to perform repair and maintenance work; maintain tools and equipment to ensure safety, clean and proper working condition. Maintain HVAC, Fire Alarm/Sprinkler, carbon monoxide detectors, Elevator service records including projects history and documentation, equipment warranties, owner manuals, vendor information, licenses, permits, citations, schedules, assets list, maintenance records, etc.
