Methods, techniques, and objectives of maintaining inventory of parts for activities related to construction, maintenance, and repair operations; Computer and software programs for specific operational systems; General maintenance, including building trade skills such as electrical, carpentry, and plumbing; Federal regulations and City policies regarding safe work practices relating to use of power tools, hand tools, ladders and power lifts, and repair and maintenance materials; State, local, and other applicable building, safety, and health codes and regulations. Technical school or other training and certification in electrical/electronic theory preferred; Idaho driver’s license required; Inventory management experience preferred; Two (2) years working in the maintenance trades or experience working in the electrical field preferred; An equivalent combination of education and experience that provides the required skills, knowledge and abilities to successfully perform the essential functions of the position may be considered.
