Specialists lead programming in one or more content areas, including STEM, visual and performing arts, dance, music, literacy, leadership development, health and wellness, sports, technology, financial literacy, culinary arts, environmental education, and other enrichment opportunities aligned with participant interests and program goals. Working collaboratively with the After-School Director, Group Leaders, and the Activity Specialist develops and delivers hands-on, age-appropriate lessons that complement academic learning while promoting social-emotional growth, teamwork, and student engagement.
