Required cardiac telemetry experience, including telemetry monitoring, interpretation and management of dysrhythmias, pacemaker management, cardiac procedures, central line care, blood product administration, intravenous therapy, heparin protocols, cardiac and vasoactive drips without titration, rapid response and code team participation, chest tube care, continuous bladder irrigation, renal failure management, respiratory support, isolation precautions, wound care, and electronic health record documentation using Epic. The role includes collaboration with intravenous therapy, physical therapy, respiratory services, interpretation services, phlebotomy, radiology, social services, rapid response teams, pharmacy, transportation, and unit secretary support.
