Social Service Housing Advisor - Ronkonkoma Suffolk CountySocial Service Housing Advisor - RonkonkomaRonkonkoma, New YorkAssists in developing permanent housing and various types of emergency shelters and inspects such housing for health and safety compliance; Supervises Community Service Workers involved in emergency shelter/motel relocation programs; Confers with property owners on correction of housing violations; Attends meetings as necessary; Maintains files of area housing resources; Inspects rentals for compliance with health and safety requirements for security.
