The Senior Director of Residential Services serves as a key member of the Programs & Services Leadership Team and is responsible for developing, implementing, and evaluating comprehensive residential programming that aligns with Connie Maxwell's mission, strategic vision, evidence-informed practices, Christian values, and commitment to providing hope, healing, and opportunity for children and families. This position requires a Master's degree from an accredited college in counseling, psychology, social work, marriage and family therapy, human services, child development, or related social science field and five to ten years of demonstrated competence required in the administration and supervision of child welfare services or a related social science profession.
