The Vice President of Operations will partner closely with executive leadership, clinical and psychiatric leadership, Executive Directors, ACTT Team Leaders, and organizational support departments to ensure programs operate effectively, meet applicable service requirements, and deliver recovery-oriented, community-based behavioral healthcare. The ideal candidate brings extensive experience leading behavioral healthcare operations across multiple locations, a strong understanding of intensive community-based services, demonstrated financial and operational management skills, and the ability to develop leaders and drive measurable performance improvements.
