The Public Health for All Californians Together (PHACT) Coalition, co-led by the California Department of Public Health, Covered California, and CPR3, is a statewide network of more than 1,400 members representing over 400 organizations committed to strengthening evidence-based public health policy, service delivery, and culturally responsive communication.
