Position assesses and provides psychiatric evaluation for patients seen for mental health, substance use, and medical social work needs, and provides clinical therapeutic services to include therapeutic modalities, crisis intervention, and case management services to patients and families. Supports the mental and physical health care of patients on an assigned daily caseload, coordinates care with patient's primary care doctor, and consults with psychiatrist and emergency department physicians.
