The PACE Clinic Registered Nurse supports participant-centered care through clinic-based assessment, treatment support, education, vaccine and preventive health programs, supply readiness, documentation, interdisciplinary team collaboration, and cross-coverage for in-home nursing or nursing case management needs as indicated during program growth and scale. Monitor clinic supplies, medications, vaccines, equipment, and other clinical resources to support readiness for participant care; communicate supply needs, expiration concerns, equipment issues, or workflow barriers to the appropriate leader or designee.
