Under the general direction of the Staff Services Manager II (SSM II), of the Operations & Program Support Division, the Analyst III, will serve as a highly-skilled independent, non-supervisory contract and project manager, performing a variety of complex business management duties, grant management, project oversight, technical assistance and procurement functions with one or more state entities (i.e., California Conservation Corp (CCC), California Department of Correction and Rehabilitation's (CDCR) Pine Grove Fire Camp, and County Conservation Camps) or other vendors to lead OYCRs Workforce Development youth track. The California Health and Human Services Agency (CalHHS) oversees twelve departments and five offices that provide a range of health care services, social services, mental health services, alcohol and drug services, income assistance, and public health services to Californians from all walks of life.
