The shift lead will assist and direct staff with managing emotional or behavior problems of youth served, as well as assist with intake, training staff, building operations, working with the public, such as parents, law enforcement, and referring agency personnel required. Develops, implements, and supervises juvenile recreation, education, social service and activity programs; identifies those juveniles requiring special services or programs; expedites the steps necessary to provide or obtain these services.
