Clinical Experience: Experience with general, orthopedic, obstetric and gynecologic, gastrointestinal, colorectal, ear, nose and throat, and pain procedures, including thoracotomy, appendectomy, cholecystectomy, colon resection, hernia repair, thyroidectomy, arthroscopy, fracture reduction, spinal procedures, joint replacement, cystoscopy, nephrectomy, prostatectomy, and transurethral resection of the prostate. Required Qualifications: Active State or Compact nursing license in hand at the time of submission; Advanced Cardiovascular Life Support (ACLS) certification; Basic Life Support (BLS) certification; required experience with Epic charting.
